LMC + Me

The company was started in 2018 by me, Liz Moss – the ‘L’ and the ‘M’ of LMC.

I started LMC with the aim of embedding positive behavioural change in businesses, by delivering bespoke learning and development programmes. In addition, I offer HR and talent consultancy services, and provide effective project management.

I am a CIPD qualified HR and talent professional with over 15 years of experience in the media and communications industry. For the last seven years I have been working at WPP-owned agencies, identifying and executing talent strategies that support their business objectives.

Specifically, I have extensive experience in organisational structure and design, talent management, career development, training, and coaching.

Alongside running LMC I am HR Director of WPP’s largest branding agency, Landor, where I work on a part-time basis for the teams in the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa.

I love what I do, and who I do it for. I like helping people, listening, and guiding them to success.

  • CIPD Associate Qualification (2010)
  • CIPD Essential Skills for Trainers (to be completed January 2019)
  • Coaching for Performance (C4P) Foundation; aligned with the International Coach federation (ICF)
  • Certified Mental Health First Aider (to be completed January 2019)
